The air in urban areas contains large quantities of dust, pollen, soot and other particles, as well as gases which are harmful to health. More and more people are suffering from allergies and are increasingly aware of the need to clean the air entering the cabin through the air conditioning system.
ALCO uses multilayered synthetic media which are able to repel moisture and to trap harmful particles down to 0.1µ such as smoke soot and bacteria. For additional filtering requirements such us odour removal, activated carbon is used contained between two layers of nonwoven polyester.
